Disrespectful Stallion - committed horse owner.

Disrespectful Stallion, bad weather, what a week this was with Janice Goebel! Low, low, temps with rain and wind and mud and a lot of determination on her part! This is the kind of commitment I love to see in Horsemanship clinic participants, because I know that person is serious about improving their relationship with their horse. At times when I thought I may have pushed Janice beyond her capabilities or commitment, she tightened her lip and strengthened her resolve and pushed through the exercises to get to the other side. To put it simply, you have to go through it to get to it... she did. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing to spend your vacation time with me at the ranch!

Disrespectful Stallion -working at liberty now!

Comments from Janice: My boy Oro, he just loves to back to avoid work... so when he does start backing...Keith has me work him in the backing mode....Oro didn't care much for me interrupting HIS backing for avoidance to back for work! Good boy Oro!! In the background you can see the main arena and the wet mess mother nature doled out for my week with Keith Andries by the end of the week Oro was working at liberty with me in that ring. This was the first sunny day after days of cold and wet...The hard work that Keith Andries and I put in the very muddy round pen (mud over our ankles) in the near freezing temps earlier in the week really paid off! Oro has become a respectful stallion and now listens and watches... he is eager to learn what I want him to do... Thanks Keith
